Our Services
Comprehensive Eye Exams
A thorough, preventative exam designed around your long-term eye health. We begin with a conversation, your health, your ocular history, the eyewear you've worn and loved. From there, a full refraction, you'll always leave with a copy of your current prescription. Every exam includes retinal photography, allowing us to map your eyes in detail and catch the smallest changes sooner, along with a complete front-to-back health assessment and a preliminary dry eye scan. We close the way we began, in conversation, walking you through every finding, every recommendation, and any question still on your mind.
Every exam is performed entirely by Dr. Patel, start to finish. No technicians, no handoffs, just her, with you, the whole way through.

A dilated exam with retinal photography, performed by Dr. Patel and tailored for diabetic and hypertensive patients. Following your visit, a letter detailing your results is sent to you and, when appropriate, to your primary care physician.

Medical Eye Exams
For distance and multifocal lenses alike. Before anything is finalized, you'll have time to sample your contacts and wear them in your daily life, your decision is always made with confidence, never guesswork. Dr. Patel personally ensures each lens fits beautifully, attending to both clarity and comfort, then follows up with a personal call a week later to be certain you're happy.

Contact Lens Fittings
We begin with a conversation, what you want from your eyewear, and how you want to feel in it. From there, Eddye takes the lead, styling you personally with Dr. Patel's medical recommendations in hand. Their guidance becomes one: a look built around your individual style, a proper fit, and the way each piece truly lives in your day-to-day.

Eyewear Styling
We're always happy to care for what you wear. We'll check the fit, realign where needed, tighten screws and temples, clean the frame, and give your eyewear a careful fine-tuning. We recommend a visit once a quarter to keep everything at its best.

We're an out-of-network provider, which means we're not tied to any one insurance plan — but if you have out-of-network benefits, we're happy to file the claim on your behalf so you can put them toward your visit. We'll handle the paperwork; you simply enjoy the experience.

We accept all major credit cards and cash, as well as HSA and FSA. For added flexibility, we also offer CareCredit and Cherry buy-now-pay-later financing.

Yes. Michigan Avenue offers meter-free parking on both sides of the street between 13th and 14th, ideal for a quick visit. 14th Street, between Indiana and Michigan, has 15-minute hazard parking. We also offer secured parking in the lot directly across the street — simply put on your hazards, step inside, and we'll provide you with a parking pass. (We're unable to come out to the car, so do come in and we'll take care of you.)
